• If you decide to buy we will arrange and prepare all documentation and legal matters concerned with the purchase i.e.pre-sales/sales contract, legal and notary services.
• Provide you with a well known and respected English-speaking lawyer.
• Help with establishing a Croatian company and bookkeeping services, if required.
• After purchasing, we will ensure that you as the new owner are written into the municipal land/property registry and that the local tax office is informed of your purchase, for reason of payment of the property transfer tax.
